1. Draw The Area You Want To Cover
Go to:
https://www.google.com/mymaps
Click "
+ CREATE A NEW MAP
"
In the search bar at the top, paste:

Check "
Export as KML instead of KMZ
" and click
Download

" at the top left to name and save your map to your Google account for later editing or sharing
